Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and mp0300 ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the website located at https://mp0300.cam and all associated services. By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you unconditionally accept the entirety of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease all use of the platform.

1. Definitions

The following terms have the meanings assigned to them throughout this Agreement:

"Account"	The registered member profile created by a Player on the Platform, including all associated balances and transaction history.
"Player Funds"	Any real-money balance held in a Player's Account, whether sourced from deposits or credited bonus amounts that have met wagering requirements.
"Bonus"	Any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or reward granted by mp0300 subject to specific wagering and validity conditions.
"Wagering Requirement"	The total amount a Player must wager before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
"KYC"	Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required by mp0300 for account activation and withdrawal processing.
"Restricted Territory"	Any country or jurisdiction in which accessing or using the Platform is prohibited by applicable law.
"IDR / Rp"	Indonesian Rupiah — the primary currency accepted and displayed on the mp0300 Platform.

2. Eligibility & Jurisdiction

To register and use the mp0300 Platform you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation or other legal entity) and at least 21 years of age. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts where age cannot be confirmed.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your location.
• You must not be located in or a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by statute or where accessing this Platform would constitute a criminal offence.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or affiliate of mp0300 or any of its group companies, or a close family member of any such person.
• You must not have had a previous Account on the Platform that was closed by mp0300 for breach of these Terms.

3. Account Registration

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You must update this information promptly if any details change. mp0300 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where registration information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

3.1 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. mp0300 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify our support team immediately.

3.2 One Account Per Household

Only one Account is permitted per household, IP address, device, or shared computer. Where multiple registrations are detected from the same IP address or device, mp0300 reserves the right to investigate and, if necessary, restrict or close accounts and void associated bonuses.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

mp0300 is committed to operating a secure and compliant platform. All Players must complete identity verification before their first withdrawal can be processed. Verification may also be requested at any point during a Player's use of the Platform at mp0300's sole discretion.

Required KYC documents typically include:

• Government-issued photo ID: National identity card (KTP), passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of address: A bank statement, utility bill, or official government correspondence issued within the past three (3) months and showing your full name and residential address.
• Payment method verification: Confirmation that the payment method used belongs to the registered Account holder (e.g., a bank statement header or e-wallet screenshot).

Failure to provide requested documentation within fourteen (14) calendar days of the request may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until the matter is resolved.

5. Deposits

All deposits must be made from payment methods that are registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. mp0300 accepts deposits via the following methods:

• Indonesian bank transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 for bank transfer methods and Rp 25,000 for e-wallets, unless a specific promotion stipulates a higher minimum. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.

mp0300 does not charge deposit processing fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which mp0300 accepts no responsibility. Deposits credited to your Account become available for wagering once the transaction has been confirmed by the relevant payment processor.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to KYC completion. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Processing times are as follows:

• Bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri): Typically processed within 1–24 hours during business hours (WIB, UTC+7).
• CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon: Typically processed within 3–24 hours.
• E-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay): Typically processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

Processing times are estimates and may be extended during peak periods, public holidays (including Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day on 17 August, and Nyepi), or where additional verification is required. mp0300 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times and shall not be liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.

6.1 Withdrawal Conditions

mp0300 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC, where fraud or bonus abuse is suspected, or where a withdrawal is flagged by our AML systems for review. In such cases, the Player will be notified and provided with a reasonable opportunity to respond before any action is taken.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by mp0300 are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the point of the offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. mp0300 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus promotion may be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless the promotion terms specify otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and qualifying game types will be specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus balance and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements within the specified validity window will be forfeited automatically.
• mp0300 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice if it determines that the offer is being abused or that technical errors have affected its intended operation.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash except where wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

7.1 Bonus Abuse

Any Player found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus conditions, the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or collusion with other Players — will have all associated bonus balances and winnings voided. The Account may be suspended or permanently closed at mp0300's discretion.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the mp0300 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or betting market, as published on the Platform. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

8.1 Sportsbook

Sports betting markets — including those covering BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, FIFA World Cup, AFF Cup, and Timnas Indonesia (Garuda) matches — are governed by the rules published in the Sportsbook section of the Platform. In the event of a dispute regarding a sporting result, mp0300's decision, based on official results from the relevant governing body, shall be final.

8.2 Casino & Specialty Games

Casino games including slots, live dealer tables, and specialty products such as togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) are governed by the rules of the individual game provider. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages and game mechanics are verified by independent testing laboratories. Results are generated by certified random number generator (RNG) systems and are provably fair.

8.3 Errors & Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or manifest pricing error, mp0300 reserves the right to void any affected bets or transactions. No payout obligation arises from bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds or from wagers affected by a verifiable system fault. Players will be notified of any such voidance and their stake will be returned in full.

9. Responsible Gaming

mp0300 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We recognize that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously. The following tools are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts to manage your spending.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the duration of individual gaming sessions.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen notifications reminding you how long you have been playing.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a defined period or permanently. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.

10. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mp0300 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the appropriate authorities:

• Registering more than one Account per individual, household, or shared device.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform if you are located in a Restricted Territory.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or RNG weaknesses.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform without prior written consent from mp0300.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players in casino games or sports betting markets.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including the coordinated exploitation of promotional offers.
• Attempting to access or interfere with the accounts of other Players.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing mp0300 staff or other users in any communication channel.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the mp0300 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of mp0300 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the Platform without prior written consent from mp0300.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mp0300 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or use of our servers or any personal information stored thereon.
• Interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Platform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure events.
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through the Platform by third parties.

In no event shall mp0300's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to this Agreement exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

mp0300 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete required KYC documentation within the specified timeframe.
• Engagement in any prohibited activity as defined in Section 10.
• Regulatory or licensing requirements that necessitate restricting access to certain jurisdictions.

Where an Account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the Account may be forfeited in full. Where closure occurs for reasons unrelated to Player breach — for example, due to a change in our licensing coverage — the Player's real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned via the Player's registered payment method.

Players may also request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, and any verified balance will be returned within standard withdrawal processing times.

14. Governing Law

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mp0300 holds its international gaming licence.

By using the Platform, you agree that any dispute shall first be submitted to mp0300's internal dispute resolution process. Should the internal process fail to produce a satisfactory resolution, the dispute may be escalated to the independent dispute resolution body designated by our licensing authority. Players retain the right to seek recourse through courts of competent jurisdiction in their local territory as a final option.

15. Amendments to These Terms

mp0300 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, we will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address prior to the changes taking effect. The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at https://mp0300.cam/terms-conditions.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact our support team to arrange Account closure and withdrawal of any available balance.
